Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  3. Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided with the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to send back the original item and place a new order for the desired item through our website.
